Kukirin G2 Ultra Electric Scooter – Dual Motor 1600W 48V 18Ah 10” Off Road
The KuKirin G2 Ultra is a heavy-duty dual-motor off-road scooter built for riders who want proper performance rather than a commuter runabout. Two 800W brushless motors (1600W combined) push it to a 31 mph / 50 km/h top speed, a 48V 18Ah battery delivers up to 34 miles / 55 km of range, and a reinforced dual-stem design keeps the front end planted at speed. Front and rear cantilever spring shocks, 10" off-road vacuum tyres, front and rear disc brakes, dual LED headlights, integrated turn signals, and a key-start ignition round it out. The 2026 model — folds for transport, IPX4-rated against splashes and light rain.

FAQ
Is it road-legal in the UK or Ireland? No. Privately-owned e-scooters can't legally be used on public roads, pavements, or cycle paths in either country. The G2 Ultra is a private-land-only machine — buy it for private property, off-road trails, motocross tracks, or organised private events where you have the landowner's permission.
Who is it for? Adult riders (18+) who want a proper performance scooter rather than a lightweight commuter — off-road use, private trails, or track days. If you want something road-legal for public use, this isn't it.
What does "dual motor" actually mean in practice? Two 800W brushless motors — one in the front wheel, one in the rear — that can be run individually or together. Single-motor mode extends range on flat ground; dual-motor mode gives full 1600W output for climbs, acceleration, and rougher terrain. Most riders leave it in dual-motor for anything technical and switch to single for flat cruising.
How fast is 31 mph really? Fast enough that you'll want a proper motorcycle-style helmet, gloves, and eye protection. This isn't a 15.5 mph commuter — it's closer in feel to a light off-road motorbike. Build up to top speed rather than pinning the throttle on day one, especially on unfamiliar terrain.
Is 55 km / 34 miles of range realistic? That's the manufacturer's figure under favourable conditions — single-motor mode, flat ground, moderate speed, a lighter rider, and a full battery. Expect meaningfully less in real off-road use with hills, dual-motor mode, and higher speeds. A rough working estimate for spirited riding is 60–70% of the quoted figure.
How does the suspension work? Cantilever spring shocks at both ends — a design that gives a longer effective stroke than a simple in-line spring, so the ride stays composed over larger hits. Combined with 10" off-road vacuum tyres, it's set up for gravel, dirt, root-strewn trails and packed off-road surfaces rather than pure tarmac.
What is IPX4 rated for? Splashes and light rain from any direction — enough for riding in wet weather or hitting the occasional puddle. It is not rated for full submersion, deep water crossings, or jet-washing. Wipe it down after wet rides rather than hosing it off.
Does the dual-stem design actually matter? Yes, at these speeds. A conventional single-stem folding scooter can develop steering wobble at higher speeds when the folding joint flexes under load. Two stems triangulate the front end, so the handlebars stay locked and predictable at 30+ mph. It's one of the main reasons this class of scooter exists.
How does it fold? Standard folding-stem design collapses the handlebars down along the deck for transport and storage. At 34 kg it's not a "carry up three flights of stairs" scooter — plan for a car boot, van, or ground-floor storage.
Key-start ignition — is that useful? Two things: it stops a curious passer-by from just walking off with it, and it stops the throttle being triggered accidentally during transport. It's not a full anti-theft system — pair it with a decent chain or ground anchor if you're leaving it out of sight.
How does it arrive? Mostly assembled. Handlebars, mirrors (if fitted) and a full check-over with the included tools — usually 15–20 minutes from box to first ride. Charge the battery fully before first use.
What's the charge time and max rider weight? Confirming both with the supplier for the 2026 model — contact us before ordering if either figure is decisive for you and we'll get exact numbers back the same working day.
