Check your storage and riding space
Think about where the scooter will live and how you will move it. Measure the space available, including doorways and your car boot. A folding stem reduces its height, but the G2 is still a substantial scooter to lift. You will also need a suitable private riding area and permission to use it.
Understand the range figure
The advertised maximum range is up to 55 km, approximately 34 miles. It is a manufacturer test figure rather than a guaranteed distance. Rider weight, speed, gradients, temperature, tyre pressure and the surface all affect how far a charge will take you. Leave a comfortable battery reserve for every ride.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the G2 for a road commute?
No. The G2 is for private-land use with permission, away from areas accessible to the public. A lower speed setting does not make it road-legal, and the rules for approved rental scooters do not apply to a privately owned G2.
Does tubeless mean puncture proof?
No. Tubeless tyres can still lose air or suffer damage. Check tyre condition and pressure before riding, and use the pressure and maintenance instructions for the exact scooter supplied.
Is the G2 waterproof?
No. IP54 is a limited dust and splash-resistance rating. It is not permission to ride through standing water or to wash the scooter with a hose. Follow the supplied manual’s weather and cleaning instructions. Water damage is excluded from the warranty.
Which charger should I use?
Use the supplied charger or a replacement specifically approved for your exact model. Follow the charging instructions, keep escape routes clear and do not charge while asleep or away from home.
