Kukirin G2 Master Electric Scooter – Dual Motor 2000W 52V 20.8Ah 10” Off Road
The Kukirin G2 Master is the dual-motor upgrade to the standard G2 — 2× 1000W brushless motors (2400W peak), 38 mph capable, and a 1081 Wh battery good for up to 43 miles between charges. Hydraulic shock absorbers front and rear (a real step up from the spring suspension on the G2), an aluminium-alloy frame, and 28° climbing make this the off-road-leaning option in the range. Same fold and storage footprint as the G2, but with serious power on tap when you want it. The natural pick if the standard G2 isn't enough but the bigger-wheeled G4 is more bike than you need.

FAQ
Can I ride it on the road? No. UK law currently makes privately-owned e-scooters illegal on roads, pavements and cycle lanes — regardless of speed or power. Ride only on private land where you have the landowner's permission.
How does single vs dual motor work? The display lets you switch between single rear-motor drive and full dual-motor drive on the fly. Single-motor mode caps top speed at 34 mph but extends range significantly — useful for longer flat rides. Dual-motor mode unlocks the full 37 mph and the climbing ability.
What's the real-world range? 43 miles is the manufacturer figure at mid-speed, single rider, flat ground. Dual-motor riding in mode 3 with hills will bring it closer to 22–28 miles. Single-motor mode will get you closer to the headline number.
Why does charging take so long? 10–11 hours is normal for a 1081 Wh battery on the supplied 2A charger. Bigger battery = longer charge — same trade-off as a phone power bank. A faster aftermarket charger exists but using one will reduce battery life over time.
How does it compare to the standard G2? Same fold and footprint, but adds a second motor (front), upgrades the suspension from spring to hydraulic, increases the battery from 720 Wh to 1081 Wh, and bumps top speed from 28 mph to 37 mph. Climbing goes from 20° to 28°. About 7 kg heavier.
How does it compare to the G4? The G4 has bigger 11" wheels, more range, slightly more top speed (43 mph), and a longer wheelbase. The G2 Master is lighter, folds smaller, and costs less. Pick the G4 if you want flagship-level off-road; pick the G2 Master if you want the same fold-and-go format as the G2 but with proper power.
Tubed or tubeless tyres? 10" pneumatic with inner tubes. More forgiving on impacts and easier to repair in the field with a tube swap, but you'll patch or replace a tube rather than plug a sidewall. Tyres aren't covered by warranty — they're consumables.
Is it safe for new riders? Yes, but treat it with respect. Start in mode 1 (12 mph) and single-motor drive. The 28° climbing and dual-motor torque will catch you out if you twist the throttle too hard at low speed. Always wear a helmet.
